Prime Locations is a diversified international investment fund focused on investing in selected property opportunities throughout Europe and Asia.

The Funds stands out from other investment funds in that it is structured to acces its core international property assets within a highly flexible regulated Fund while also offering the investor the comfort of knowing the exact buildings and developments that they are invested in around Europe and the Middle East.

This allows investors to own high quality prime location properties which would normally have been beyond their reach.

Fund Structure

Prime Locations PCC is a protected cell company with 20 cells – each an individual fund whose investors are legally separated from the assets and liabilities of the other funds.

Each fund is legally distinct and as such is separately branded and promoted with between 10 to 50 shareholders buying shares of £25,000 each.

Fund period and Trading

The Fund is closed ended and has a 5 Year fixed period to counter the pricing problem always associated with real property.

The Fund is open for a marketing period of up to 6 months, once closed the Fund is then invested in the assets outlined above for a period of 5 years. At the end of the 5 year period the assets are sold over a period of a maximum of 9 months and proceeds plus capital are returned to the investors.

The Fund period can be extended with the unanimous consent of the investors but is currently set at 5 years as a realistic medium term investment and to ensure pricing is 100% accurate being based on actual sale proceeds.

Current Portfolio and Strategy

Each investor will own one or more shares (priced at £25,000 per share) in the Global Vision international Property Fund which is Cell 2 of the Prime Locations PCC. Investment is for a 5 year period after which the cell will be dissolved and the investors will receive their returns.

The portfolio depth covers 4 countries, 3 currencies and 3 strategies across differing sectors:

  • Iberia & Canary Island – Infrastructural / demographic change increasing coastal demand and returns
  • Dubai – Strategic capital growth in certain free zones away from the main Sheik Zayed road
  • UK Discounted Property – Portfolio balance and realistic returns through professional contacts
  • Eastern Europe – Opportunistic development in rapidly expanding economies
  • Euro Cash – Liquidity and more diversification
