Nick Hodgson, BSc (Hons), MRICS - Managing Director
Nick has a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and became fully accredited to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1999, thus achieving full MRICS status. Nick has been involved in the UK construction industry for the last 15 years working on residential, commercial and facilities management sectors. For the last 3 years Nick has progressively researched and taken part in the UK property investment market watching opportunities reduce and returns diminish. Prompted to look into European markets and analyze the new, emerging EU countries where he found Cyprus, and for the last year has bought into the Cypriot property Market with great results.

Simon Hodgson - Director
Simon has predominantly been in sales and running various small businesses with great success over the last 20 years. Looking for new business ideas Simon formed a property development company in 2002 and has spent the last 3 years buying, renovating & refurbishing properties in the south west of England. As opportunities reduced Simon started to look into European markets and analyze the new, emerging EU countries where he found Cyprus, and for the last year has bought into the Cypriot property Market with great results.
